• A simple request costs $0. The optional priority option ($4.99) is refunded if the code doesn't arrive or doesn't work on your radio.
• Codes are for personal or authorized professional use only.
• We do not guarantee the code will work for every system. Refunds apply only to the priority option.
• You are responsible for using the code correctly. Several wrong attempts can lock the radio for a while.

RadioCodeAuto is an online platform for obtaining vehicle radio codes. Our services are accessible at www.radiocodeauto.com and are intended for vehicle owners and mechanics.

RadioCodeAuto is an independent service. It is not affiliated with Renault, Dacia, Ford or any other car manufacturer. Brand names are used only to identify compatible vehicles.

2. Services Provided

RadioCodeAuto offers:

• Code Generation: Digital codes for unlocking vehicle audio systems.
• Technical Support: Assistance via email regarding code usage.
• Guides: Tutorials to help with the unlocking process.

3. Terms of Use

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are the vehicle owner or an authorized mechanic.
• You are using this service legally.

Restrictions: You may not distribute, sell, or use these codes for third parties without proper authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

RadioCodeAuto is not responsible for:

• Indirect damages or economic losses.
• Damage to the vehicle's audio system.
• Code errors, beyond the refund described in section 5.
• Radio lockouts caused by wrong code entries.
• Technical website outages.

Note: RadioCodeAuto is not a repair shop. Modifications to vehicle systems should be performed by qualified professionals.

5. Prices and refunds

• A simple request costs $0. You enter your radio serial number or your VIN and you get the code.
• The priority option costs $4.99, is optional and is paid through Buy Me a Coffee. It puts your VIN request first.
• If the code doesn't arrive or doesn't work on your radio, the priority option is refunded. Write to support@radiocodeauto.com from the email address you used for the request.
• The refund applies only to the priority option.

6. Delivery times

• If your radio serial number is recognized, the code is shown right away.
• VIN requests, and serial numbers we don't recognize yet, are handled manually and the code is sent by email, usually within a few hours.
• These times are estimates, not a fixed deadline.

A code made from the VIN fits the radio installed at the factory. If the radio was replaced, use the radio serial number instead.

7. Your data

To process a request we collect the radio serial number or VIN and the email address you enter. We use them to prepare the code and send it to you. Payments for the priority option are handled by Buy Me a Coffee; we don't receive your card details. To have your data deleted, write to support@radiocodeauto.com.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
